Effect of Intravenous S-ketamine on Opioid Consumption
Female patients with an American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) physical status I-II, scheduled for elective breast cancer surgery will be included in the study. Subjects will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: the placebo group, the low-dose S-ketamine group, and the high-dose S-ketamine group. The primary outcome is the consumption of sufentanil during the surgery.

Background: Neonatal sepsis is the leading cause of mortality in preterm newborns. The autonomic nervous system modulates the response to sepsis through the cholinergic anti-inflammatory reflex. However, premature neonates exhibit immaturity of the autonomic nervous system, which could increase the risk of sepsis. Effect of Lipikar Baume AP+M on Quality of Life and Pain of Adults With Dryness or Severe Xerosis
This study aims at evaluating the effect of a topical product on the improvement of quality of life and pain of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis or other skin diseases with dryness or severe xerosis. Patients aged 16 years and over are asked to apply the product once or twice a day for 2 months. They may be prescribed a corticosteroid upon decision of the dermatologist.

The purpose of this trial is to test if delgocitinib cream is effective at treating chronic hand eczema (CHE) and what side effects it may have, in children aged 12-17.
