Artificial Intelligence Analysis for Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Screening and Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Use Convolutional Neural Networks Analysis for Classification of Contrast-enhancing Lesions at Multiparametric Breast MRI. Build an abbreviated protocal, and investigate whether an abbreviated protocol was suitable for breast magnetic resonance imaging screening for breast mass in Chinese women, which can shorten the examination time and avoid enhanced imaging while ensuring the accuracy of the diagnosis.

Artificial Intelligence Analysis for Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Screening Breast Cancer in High-risk Women
Use Convolutional Neural Networks Analysis for Classification of Contrast-enhancing Lesions at Multiparametric Breast MRI. Build an abbreviated protocal, and investigate whether an abbreviated protocol was suitable for breast magnetic resonance imaging screening for breast cancer in high-risk Chinese women, which can shorten the examination time and avoid enhanced imaging while ensuring the accuracy of the diagnosis.

A Safety and Pharmacokinetics Study of IDP-118 Lotion in Pediatric Participants With Plaque Psoriasis
This study is to evaluate the safety, the systemic exposure, and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression potential for topically applied IDP-118 lotion in pediatric participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
-
A Safety and Pharmacokinetics Study of IDP-122 Lotion in Pediatric Participants With Plaque Psoriasis
This study is to evaluate the safety, the systemic exposure of halobetasol propionate (HP), and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression potential for topically applied IDP-122 lotion in pediatric participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

A Safety Study of Ustekinumab in the Treatment of Pediatric Participants Aged 6 Years and Older With Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis
The purpose of this study is to monitor the long-term safety of ustekinumab in pediatric participants (6 years to 17 years of age at the time of inclusion) with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, through monitoring for the following adverse events potentially related to immune modulation: serious infections, malignancies and autoimmunity; and to monitor the long-term effects of ustekinumab on growth (weight, height, body mass index) and development (sexual maturity based on the Tanner Scale).

Assessing the Clinical Effectiveness of Serum Biomarkers in the Diagnosis of Metastatic Uveal Melanoma
Uveal melanoma is the most common primary intraocular tumor in adults. The local treatment is effective, but patients still die of metastatic disease. It has been shown that early diagnosis of a few isolated metastases can result in a clean surgical excision of the metastases and an extension of the expected survival from 7-12 months to over 10 years on some patients. Many serum biomarkers are employed in Oncology. It makes sense to try the relevant ones in the diagnosis of metastatic uveal melanoma. The investigators hypothesis is that a soluble serum biomarker level changes upon development of metastatic disease either...

Assessing the Impact of Dosage Frequency of Propranolol on Sleep Patterns in Patients With Infantile Hemangiomas
The purpose of this study is to assess the baseline sleep pattern disruption for patients starting oral propranolol at the standard BID dosing regimen compared to the control (timolol) group and to determine if there is a significant improvement in the sleep patterns in infants taking oral propranolol on the TID dosing regimen versus the control (timolol) group
