Long Term Follow-Up in Patients With Stage 0-IIIC Breast Cancer
This trial studies long term follow-up care in patients with stage 0-IIIC breast cancer. Collecting feedback from breast cancer patients may help researchers to define comprehensive long term follow-up care for breast cancer survivors, better understand health-related quality of life and long-term complications in breast cancer survivors, and to increase the knowledge of the mechanisms by which a patient's own immune system attempts to combat breast cancer, and what factors may make this response more successful.

Long-Term PF-06651600 for the Treatment of Alopecia Areata
This is a global Phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug (called PF-06651600) in adults and adolescents (12 years and older) who have alopecia areata. Eligible patients from the prior studies B7931005 (NCT02974868) and B7981015 (NCT03732807) will have an opportunity to enroll as well as patients who have not previously participated in either of these studies. The study is open-label and all patients entering the study will receive active study drug. A sub-study of approximately 60 adult patients who are participating in the B7981032 study will be conducted at select sites in the US...

Lymphodepletion Plus Adoptive Cell Transfer With or Without Dendritic Cell Immunization in Patients With Metastatic Melanoma
Objectives: The primary objective will be to determine whether patients receiving the combination of dendritic cells and high dose IL-2 (Cohort A) have sustained persistence of infused T cells compared to patients treated with T cells and high dose IL-2 alone. Secondary endpoints will include evaluations for tumor response and studies to determine whether dendritic cells enhance the infused T cells in anti-tumor activity and their ability to migrate to the tumor site. In addition, we will evaluate the characteristics of the infused T cells that correspond with effectiveness in vivo. Additionally, secondary objectives...

Maximal Usage Pharmacokinetics and Safety of ARQ-151 in Children With Plaque Psoriasis (ARQ-151-216)
This is a Phase 2, open label, maximal usage PK and safety study of ARQ-151 cream 0.3% in pediatric subjects (ages 2 to 5 years old) with plaque psoriasis:

Melbourne Infant Study - Bacille Calmette Guérin (BCG) for Allergy & Infection Reduction
1. To determine if BCG immunisation at birth, compared to no BCG immunisation, leads to a reduction in measures of allergy and infection in the first 12 months of life. 2. To evaluate the immunological mechanisms underlying the non-specific effects of BCG by comparing markers of immunity between the BCG and non-BCG groups.

Multiparametric MRI for Assessing Breast Cancer Response to Anti-HER2 Therapy
This is a single institution, observational research study in which women are observed using DWI/DCE MRI imaging before and after receiving neoadjuvant anti-HER2 therapy.

Multiple Class I Peptides & Montanide ISA 51 VG w Escalating Doses of Anti-PD-1 ab BMS936558
This is a pilot phase 1, open-label, single center, multi-dose, dose-escalation study of BMS-936558 in combination with or without a peptide vaccine. The purpose of this study is to test the side effects of an investigational vaccine with an immune booster. Investigators also wish to find out its effects on the patient's immune system and whether it will shrink their melanoma.

Nivolumab With or Without Ipilimumab in Treating Younger Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Solid Tumors or Sarcomas
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of nivolumab when given with or without ipilimumab to see how well they work in treating younger patients with solid tumors or sarcomas that have come back (recurrent) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether nivolumab works better alone or with ipilimumab in treating patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors or sarcomas.

Nutritional and Metabolic Management of Toxidermia Patients Requiring Intensive Care (TEN Metabolism)
Retrospective observational cohort study including all patients admitted for toxidermia (Lyell syndrome, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), or other extensive skin destruction) to the Burn unit of the adult ICU of the Lausanne burn center between 2006 and 2020. Inclusion criteria: age >18 years and admission to the burn-ICU for toxidermia whatever body surface affected. Exclusion criteria: to have declined access to the medical record, a stay shorter than 24 hours, and major burns. The observation period will be limited to the first 31 days of the ICU stay. All variables related to nutritional and metabolic management will...

Nutrition-Related Biomarkers in Predicting Breast Cancer Risk in Women
RATIONALE: Studying samples of blood from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about nutrition-related changes that identify biomarkers related to cancer. It may also help doctors predict a woman's risk of developing breast cancer. PURPOSE: This laboratory study is looking at nutrition-related biomarkers in predicting breast cancer risk in women.
